We have perfected the finishing process by
providing our most fertile grass year-round while supplementing this with
some alfalfa, orchardgrass, and barley for the remaining 120 days .
The cattle are harvested at a prime age of 18-24 months and dry-aged
for 14-21 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. This way we may
ensure a delicious healthy product for you and your whole family to
enjoy.
