Highland Oak is a family-owned farm that raises Dry-Aged Natural Black Angus Beef. 
Our cattle are provided fresh grass & clover their entire life
while supplemented with alfalfa, flax seed and a small ration of grain. 
They are never administered any anti-biotics or synthetic hormones.
